Files Dissapearing on User Profile untill i rename them

    A user logs onto a network drive and can't see any of the .xls files. I have logged on as another user and as administrator on the server the drive is on and the files are there.

    The weird bit is if you rename the file, the renamed file appears on the users network drive again :S

    Can anybody help?
