Model help needed

i am using Aceraspire5100 series laptop...some time i surf net using dail up..it has HDAUDIO soft data fax modem with smart cp...but since morning computer give message the modem is disconncted..and couldnt find the modem in device manager also....please help:cry

The first one is v7.51.0.0 for your modem, the 2nd is a bit newer; v7.62.0.0. These are direct links, meaning that the download dialog will open without being routed to a different web site...
You didn't mention which version of Windows you have, so these are for Windows XP....
