Intel Celeron Problem (No Sound)

Good Day!

Can anyone help me please; I’ve accidentally uninstalled the sound device on my pc. I don’t any installer of it because it was build-in. I can’t find any audio card to download.
Please help me to find the right audio device to my computer.
