questions about burning video_ts folders

I have a mad dog megastor 18x external DVD drive. It came with Roxio hardware to burn cd's dvd's etc... I use DVD shrink to create the audio and video_TS folders. I then burn these folders to a DVD+R, in the "create data dvd" section of the Roxio program. It worked at first for about 8 times. then it started working sometimes, now it doesnt work at all. Now every time I attempt this process I get the same error message.
