tv tuner not working

im having a problem getting my tv tuner card working. its a kworld plustv hd pci card. i had it working fine on windows xp 32bit. but ever since i installed win server 2008 64bit it hasnt been working. windows obviously detects the device as it shows up in device manager but device manager is telling me "The drivers for this device are not installed" even though i have installed the same drivers i was using on xp 32bit.

does anyone have any advice on this problem?

Could be different drivers for windows 64bit.I think a few drivers on 32 and 64bit are different.

 

You can't use drivers for 32 bit,on 64bit computer.

well i finally found the drivers for my card. but when i click the setup it says the device is not detected. even though the device shows up in device manager.

 

Now turn off the PC,and plug out the power cord.Get off the side panel from your PC,and plug out and plug in the card again.Boot your comp,and Windows will find your card again.

 

k. i just tried that and it didnt do anything different. also is there a way to test the pci slot?

EDIT: well i looked at the card and figured out i didnt have it slid in al the way. so i pulled it out again and put it in properly and it works now. ) thanks guys for all the help. i appreciate it
