You have left the most important component out, what Motherboard (mobo) do you intend to get? If Graphics aren't crucial you could consider a reasonable MOBO with a IGP (integrated graphics processor) and thus not need a Video Card.

What are your main purposes of this system? Do you intend to use it for HDTV out or anything to that affect?

From the looks of the PC, it looks like it's to be used as a media center/home theater unit. The HD2600XT is actually designed for such things and is a good choice. IMO, on board video is only acceptable for basic home/student use; like internet surfing and office applications and very, very light gaming. The rig above will run media files flawlessly and will also handle a good portion of some current games should the user decide to go that route. However, if CAD or 3D modeling or folding is part of the plan, then a stronger video card is definitely required, otherwise, you're good.

(Upon a 2nd look at the specs, I'd say this is a Dell pre-built... be sure to request an OS disc, otherwise you may not get one!)

You're not listing a PSU either. Trust me, you do not want to skimp on that component.
