Question utorrent problem

hi folks.. long time no visit...

anyway.. using utorrent with no probs until the about the last 2 weeks.

Each time i kick it in, it tells me i'm not connectable.

Done the port forward on the belkin router, xp firewall... etc

Still no luck... its actualy doing it on both pc's, since I have 2 hooked up to teh router. 1 is a gaming machine I play cod4 online on.. the other is just a web browser office docs pc...
both are saying not connectable yah yah yah..

i was getting some seriously silly speeds 500k +
running win xp pro on both pc's.. upto date utorrent..
basically not new to using utorrent and playing with the ports etc..

anyone got any ideas?

Does it work as badly when grabbing a Linux distro? If so, then it could be your ISP throttling the app.

does utorrent you mean or downloads in general?

I went to http://distrowatch.com/ and started to download
Fedora-10-Alpha-x86_64-Live-KDE.iso (693MB as a test file, standard download, downloading at about 2000k per sec....

used the torrent file from there and downloading via utorrent at 1.1meg per sec...

ahhh... just noticed... utorrent has now for some reason turned to green....
no idea why... havent changed anything.. just switched the pc onthis morning..

?????????????
