Help with LED Connectors..

So i just bought a new computer case for my comp....

and i got everything set up except the LED connectors....
My motherboard model is M2N68

To my knowledge i have plugged them in the right positions according to the manual which states that
Power Led -> PLED
Power SW -> PWR
HDD Led -> HD LED
Reset SW -> Reset
So anways, i plug these in and my PSU will not turn on. i've tried plugging in my old LED cables and it will turn on no problems... but with these cables in it wont.

the mobo labels these slots:
HD LED PWR BTN
PWR LED RESET
it is a 9 pin header 4 being on a top row and 5 on the bottom...
Any suggestions?
