I am running a windows NT server with Windows 95 workstations. If I upgrade to Windows 98 would I be able to use Fat 32 on the workstations? I heard that indows NT doesn't support it. Is that right?

yes, you can use FAT32 on the workstations, just not the server. REMEMBER that the file system is COMPLETELY transparent to the OS when accessing files over a network. The data is transmitted in TCP/IP packets and thus has no file system type associated with it. It's just data being passed over a protocol.

Thanks for the fast reply. I'll try to convert a few over.
