Power supply tests ok, won't POST.

Im working on this guys computer and first it wouldn't turn on at all, replaced the power supply, got power. Now the power button lights up, fans are running, but nothing shows up on the monitor. {tried several different pci/agp video cards, nothing. would it be the mobo/cpu? i tried resetting cmos, not sure i did it right though...lol, the pins are set up kind of confusing. no hard drive activity either. help?

 

You said you were working on it. What was the problem in the first place? Have you replaced any parts, or made an new connections to the motherboard, or changed any of them?

 

If you have no beeps - check the memory (ram)

 

motherboard was fried. thx anyway.
