DST Test Failure

    I received a BSOD and was unable to boot to windows on a Dell Latitude 600. When I ran the F12 diagnostic, I received the following error DST Short Test Failed Error Code 1000-0146. After scouring the forums, I figured I had to replace the hard drive. Now that I have done that, I still get the same error and I still can't access the new HD. Help!!!
