bios password for presario f572 laptop

ok i've read many posts, tried the backdoor passwords, unplugged the bios batter for over an hour, and still cannot clear my bios password. any suggestion? cmowpw5.0 didn't work either..

laptop is running windows vista home premium
if that matters, and the bios says pheonixBIOS

well, I finally found a resolution so a reply isn't' necessary. I went to the HP website and they have a win based bios flash update. this cleans the old bios and installs the new one while removing the password. Hope this is helpful to someone with a similar problem.
