help in identifying webcam

Ive looked all day and maybe i just dont know where to look. Can someone please help me identify this webcam so I can download the drivers for it. Plewase see enclosed pic. Also at the end of the usb plug it has a plug that plugs into mic. Thanks in adavance for any and all help with this.:confused

 

Well, I have an expandable phone cord with the same logo on it. I bought the cord in a dollar-type store so I'm completely clueless as to what brand the i and the C or O represents as the logo. I know it is not Iomega, nor Creative. If I stumble across a brand, I'll post back.

The brand is iConcepts. I'll see if I can find any place for drivers because the main iConcepts site says down for maintenance.
