Tech question!!!

I have a pc that i want to upgrade the power supply. As of right now it only has a 300 watt PS. Iam wanting to upgrade the graphic card to one of the 8 series g force cards.

Iam not tech savy everything i know i taught myself i do know how to change out the graphics card and all that. My question is iam looking for a graphics card around 500 to 550 watts between 30 to 75 dollers. It does not have to be sli because as of now i only play wow but would like to get into crysis and other shooter games.

I have looked at the power supplies but i do not know if they will work with my mother board and it is the same one as comes with the pc. Any power supply links you can give me that work would be great. IT does not matter on price the cheaper one will work as long as they are a descent power supply.

All but one of the PSU's on the spec site are ATX, so any ATX PSU should fit. The 103563 PSU does not indicate what form it is, so that could be a problem. Do you know which PSU you have?

It does say you have a PCI Express slot for a GPU.:cool I am guessing you are looking for a PSU, not a video card... This one looks pretty good: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341010

For the video card, you might want to look at a NVIDIA 9800, they are about the same price as an 8800.

That should work for you as long as you can use an ATX PSU.
