nar.vbs, VBS/AutoRun.S worm...

about 2 months ago, when I tried to open my thumbdrive, i got a message saying something like 'could not find nar.vbs.' Clicking 'explore' let me enter the drive so I sort of ignored it, but after googling I knew that nar.vbs was a worm type piece of malware that spread to all drives. I have 2 HDs... one 30gig with windows and programs and one 120gig with my data. I was running no antivirus or spyware removal software, so I got eset NOD32 and it found nar.vbs on both of my drives and supposedly 'quarantined' it. after doing a scan now, it doesnt detect anything, but I know its still on my computer.. when I go into safe mode and open drive C or D, there is a file, autorun.inf, and when I open it, it has nar.vbs in the text. I deleted these files in safe mode, but im not naive enough to think that got rid of this thing. no ill effects on my computer, but I want to get rid of this. any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I did complete all the steps from the sticky... java is updated and i have all those anti spyware programs downloaded, temp files are cleaned.

1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
