Slow internet - no malware

Finds web site fast but pages load very slow even in safe mode. Used MG Cleaning Proceedure (very clean); no change in speed. XP sp3, IE7. Logs attached.

 

safe mode would be slow loading pages, because you don't have any drivers loaded, including graphics card which you need to load alot of webpages nowadays....i would make sure your graphics drivers are up to date...

You could've checked your add ons in your ie to see if something was there but since you reinstalled you can save this tid bit of information for maybe another time.
