First of all I have Windows Media Edition
    Suddenly my drives stopped working

    Device manager is telling me:
Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

I tried to delete the "upperfilters" and "lowerfilters"
Also I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drives
    and finally updating the drives

And of course none of them worked

    Please help!...

Forgot to say you'll need to reboot after.

    No it didn't work.
The registry entries are gone but the drives do not work...
