chatting over a LAN

using Win XP, is there any program that allows p2p chatting/webcam use over a LAN? thanks

Sorry, haven't checked back in a while... I haven't used them in quite some time, but if I remember correctly you would use them the same as over the internet (it is after all a very BIG LAN)
If I remember you can connect via the IP address of computers......

 

if there is an option for that on MSN MSgr , then i dont know where to find it! and Net Meeting doesnt seem to work for me...
