I broke my laptop - best way to fix?

    I broke the hinge on my laptop. It is a Dell, and I dread the thought of sending it to Texas or India to have it fixed.

    Is there anything I can do myself?

    Most parts are available from Dell's website. See if you can fiind a service manual for your laptop on Dell's site. If you have problems, post the model number of your laptop.

    That's probably it. Theres a guy on ebay selling the set for $20 plus shipping from the UK. too.

    I think I can do this! I think I am going to hate messing with laptops though. Everything is packed so tightly.
