You know Crash101, if you want to post your benchmarks, by then all means do so and those interested, I'm sure, will comment on them. However, that 'trash talk' will get you nowhere. You've been here since 2006 and you should know how MG works. We're here to try and help people with REAL problems and if you feel that you aren't getting your fair share of attention by this 'dead forum' then please feel free to post your benchmarks elsewhere where you'll get the attention you want. No doubt that your benchmarks would be interesting to see, but we won't beg for them!

I guess your right but really even when I have had problems I have been given the snub sorta speak . This place surly has lots of members and well should have lots of participation I just don't see than much at all . one reason why I do not frequent this place all that much . I would like to see some real participation in things like the benchmark area and well every were . It is like pulling teeth to get any one to respond / participate . this is why I posted like I did and I only got ( So FAR ) ONE person all jacked up enought to post !
Surly for a forum of this size and stature one would think that the post's would be frequent and often .

Okay Crash101, I understand what you're saying and I can't totally disagree with it. Granted, it can take some time for someone to answer your posts, but MGs doesn't have a staff of full-time 'geeks' on call, and I can understand that it can get frustrating at times. But being a, for lack of a better word, a 'volunteer' type of forum the people answer posts when they can and if it's within their realm of expertise. I guess the key word here would have to be 'patience!' One things for sure, when someone does answer your post, you'll know it's accurate info!! So, don't give up us yet, we're not perfect, but we are 'geeky!!' (BTW, that 'geeky' part does NOT apply to me)

Hey, I can understand your excitement...if I was getting a 'monster' CPU like that I'd want to share the benchmarks too!! Good luck when you get it, and let us know how it goes!

I went from a q6600 to a q9550 and still noticed quite a bit of difference. Let me know how she benches :P

Well so far it seems to be as good at benchmarks as my Q6600 is at the same speeds ! but I still have some really lengthy testing to do . Right now I have it to 3.6GHz Fully stable but trying to get stability at 3.8GHz is still eluding me even wit hthis CPU as it did with the Q6600 ! Dam MOBO !
