IP P2P Blocking

Is there really any IP Address Blocking Tools that actually work on P2P networking, like Peer Guardian for example, that will work on my new Windows Vista 64 Bit? Apparently Peer Guardian does not yet support Vista x64. If so, are there any that are free to download and use?

There is a Peer Guardian that works on Vista 32 bit. Not sure if it will on 64bit, but some searching through the posts at Phoenix Labs should give you an answer.
You will need to find these two files. I can't remember exactly where I found them at Phoenix Labs, but they are there.
One is an installer and the second is an autoloader that needs to be dropped into the program folders.

You need to use the autoloader to run the program, instead of the normal .exe.

Also, the lists from sourceforge don't update properly, so you will need to update from here.
