Repeated content in emails?

I seem to get emails from a particular contact, that contain repeated content. That is, a joke, pictures, attachements etc. may be repeated 3 or more times within the same email, I think depending on how many times the email has been forwarded. Does anyone have any info I can give this contact so he can fix this problem?

 

The simple way to do it. when you click forward and the email box opens up highlight all the content in the box except for the original email content then delete it. whats left is one email then send it.
