noob to overclocking. Got a few Questions before I screw up

OK I have a Emachine computer the PLL is a ICS 951417 acording to what is written on it. But for futher info ill list everythig marcked on the PLL FIrst few digits are 561204 up top, then in middle 0602 than bottom row 951417AFLF.

I want to do a software overlock on this machine as I use it for gaming and do alot of DVD editing on it and well I cant find a software overlock program that list this PLL. Am I reading something wrong or is it marked wrong to hide what it is. Im not sure how to find out the MB type or anything else either any help would be great.
