Redirect.Clickshield Malware - Help!

I believe I have a malware on my system called Redirect.Clickshield. Has anyone heard of this? I have performed the MajorGeeks.com Cleaning Procedure, but when I search for something using Google.com in either Firefox or Internet Explorer and then click on a link, I get redirected to a page that is similar to my search topic but not the URL in the serach result I chose. Firefox has been crashing in ways I have never experienced before.

I am attaching my log files, but I could not access bleepingcomputer.com to download and use the ComboFix.exe. The site won't come up on my computer. Is it blocked?

Any help that you can provide would be most appreciated.
