• avast!

the process you have mentioned two of which are essential and should remain those being 00PCTFW which belongs to your PC TOOLS FIREWALL PROGRAM and avast which is your antivirus program both of these need to run at start up. as for bgmonitor this a user choice as it is associated with nero scout which is part of nero cd/dvd burning suite it really up to you if you keep it in start up hope this helps
