Hi,
My grandmother has a CD-ROM that the bank gave to her which had some documents on it for her to email to them. When she tries it on her MacBook, the drive just clicks a few times and then spits the disc back out. I tried it on my Lenovo (running XP, not Vista), I can hear the disc spin a few times, but then nothing happens. After that I try going into My Computer and clicking on the drive from there, which then freezes up Windows Explorer. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the problem might be, or what I can do to get the CD to actually work--assuming it will? Thanks! Reilly |

Ask the bank what format they used.
