Svchost prob's

Hello again. I've STILL got various prob's here. WMA keeps on turning itself off (still), visual setting's keeps on reverting to Win. classic (poo) & now I'm getting SVCHOST mem. errors... (when will it stop?) :cry
Today I completely dissasembled my rig, gave EVERYTHING a good cleaning... fan's, board's, component's, plastic's & so on... Even took out my old T.V card 'cos the software is no longer with us. (runs a little cooler now).
But it hasn't seemed to make much difference.
I've just read a thread from Dopychick who seems to have similar prob's too.
I'm running XP Pro SP3 & getting sick of all this. :confused
Any reg tweek's would B GREAT.
