bsod software error for grand theft auto: vice city

my legal copy of gta vice city keeps giving me a bsod at random intervals i know theres sappossed to be a patch but i cant find it here is a copy of the error for a reference

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

then it gives the uninstall new hardware/software run down then says

*** STOP:0x00000001(0xF54A45FC,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xF6535B45)
*** adm8800.sys - Address F6535B45 base at F651E000,DateStamp 3b58d0bc

then it dumped physical memorry
and that should be the entire error

all help is apreciated to stop the annoying bsod
