you need a microfridge. you need mouting equipment for the mobo. just get an old case and hacksaw it to death. get the mobo mounts, and the expansion slots from it in one piece. might i recommend scsi for a drive interface, provided its longer cables. build a hood on the top for mounting drives. now build a water tight shell arount the mobo. make it from acrylic, and silicone caulk, and angle brackets. now make a good top for it. now immerse the mobo in mineral oil or glycerin, or anything that does not conduct electricity. overclock it. powersupply and drives could be mounted on the side. any ideas on this? (is it a stupid idea?)

oh yes, and if possible, reroute the cooling radiator to be submerged in the liquid. i'll include a plan.

only one problem i can see. to reroute the cooling panel, you would have to be able to discharge/recharge the system., and some way to discard of freon-12 (which is dicholordiflouromethane, a chloroflourocarbon (and the deranged enviromental activists make a huge deal out of this. with some stretch of luck, you might be able to do it up with r134 (tetraflouroethane, which is the same stuff in spray dusters). you can replace the copper tubing with hydraulic hose. of similar internal diameter. that should keep the thing cool. because you now have the cooling system isolated, you can then mount the power supply internally., and have the whole deal slide out like a drawer. drives would come through the front panel, and the front pannel would open like a refridgerator. maybe you can cool drinks and stuff with your computer... thats the best thing since the cdrom-cupholder deal.

here's the rough idea of how you would set it up.
this plan sucks, but if you dip the cooling radiator into the liquid, you eliminate condensation altogether.
