I just reformatted hard drive and need help getting back online...

I am using a HP Pavilion a1520n. I have gone to the HP website but none of the drivers I find solves this problem. I am assuming that once I can get back online, I will be able to resolve all other drive issues. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Could you give us some more info like what Windows version and if Vista was it 32bit or 64bit did you re-install?

What messages do you get when you try to get online?
In Device Manager what items have Yellow ! Amrks next to them?


The Chipset is likely what you hav missing as it comes with the LAN drivers for networking, and as that motherboard is an Nvidia nForce 430/6150LE the drivers are here

But do make sure you choose the right Windows version and if Vista 32bit or 64bit versions as installing the wrong version can cause issues, to find out if your Windows Vista is 32/64bit click Start > Right Click Computer and choose Properties and under SYtem and System Type it will tell you.
