similar to the thread above my comp is in somewhat of a boot loop. What basically happened was acting really strange so I tred a complete system restores with one of the f# button while the systems loading. This time it went horribly wrong and it'll say that it could be something missing in hardrive. If I push nothing it'll go on with the "installation" then restart. If I push a key it'll do what looks like a file check then freeze when it hits 16% everytime. If I try the restore thing again it freezes. If thats not enough details which it prolly isnt I'll try it again and take pics and be more specific.

EDIT-Now that I recall the messing up happened after Norton deleted some quarantine items which led to my system restore tatic
