Hello, I ran Combofix today because my computer was running slow and I thought I had a virus, after I ran combofix my computer is significantly faster but now when I try to load a program from the start menu it gives me an error "Registry key marked for deletion". What caused this, and how do I fix it? Attached is my Combofix log

You should not be running ComboFix as a first line of malware removal. And just because a PC is slow, it does not mean you have malware. And running ComboFix is not a cure for slow PCs either. You should NEVER be running ComboFix on your own and it should only be run after running other malware cleaning tools as instructed here READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide
You were asked to run this in your previous thread ( see: http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=206955 ) and you never responded. If you are not going to follow up then please don't waste our time by posting. You may now have to do a reinstall because there is no know easy fix for this problem where registry keys are marked for deletion. We have no way of knowing which ones and cannot try to fix it since we don't know what to fix. One thing you could try is doing a System Restore to before you had this problem. Not sure this will help though. And by the way, your ComboFix log shows that ComboFix did not really remove anything of signifcance. Just 2 folders from the Recycle Bin and one other unnecessary .inf file.

Other than what has already been fixed, your logs are clean. You should howver updated SUPERAntiSpyware since you are about 190 database versions old. Run a new scan just to be safe.
Do you know what the below folders are for? Code:
"C:\Users\Ben\AppData\Local\" TEMP(1~1 Jan 4 2010 "temp(115)" TEMP(1~2 Jan 2 2010 "temp(100)" TEMP(52) Dec 31 2009 "Temp(52)" TEMP(84) Jan 2 2010 "temp(84)" Also J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 2 as requested in the READ & RUN ME. If you are not having any other malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
