bios upgrade

hello im in need of a bios update i get BSOD some times that results in asking me to update my bios

also alot of other stuff crashes firefox,msn and thunderbrid i emaild the support of the mozlia they said to update my bios then try again..

so if some one could point me in the right direction please for free bios update for my bios thanks in advance

A BIOS update is a very precarious procedure, not for the faint hearted because if it goes wrong, very bad things happen.
This would be a last resort IMO.

BIOS update is also not for those with little knowledge and is something even guys in the know are reluctant to perform.
I just did one because I had no choice.

When you get BSOD what error code do you get?
As for programs, have you tried reinstalling them?

What did you do just before this started happening? (eg:install software/hardware etc)

this is my last resort as i have reinstalled about 4 days ago and get alot of errors i have reinstalled 4 times all together
phoned microsoft all they said to do is to reinstall

ive done all windows updates

random applications crashing on me
msn, firefox, thunderbird with no error

also the system errors are the following
