Hi finally worked out how to upload pics on web so heres a couple of shots

theres 2 pics there, one of the front and one of the side
mods done fan controllers, homemade switch box,changed hdd lights,key start and the thumbscrew on switch bay is controller for my volcano 9
side mods done aquarium side panel(pre mod sorry) but i added the plants and some extra fish, changed all fans, rounded cables,fan on northbridge, chrome sleeving on cables and several cathode lights which the pics dont do justice too

hope this link works ok and id welcome any comments suggestions etc good or bad please bear in mind that this is the first pc ive ever built

the one important thing in case modding is that you like the work youve done to the case! everyone has different tastes and ideas, the best mods are ones that are individual etc

I really like the work youve done to the front, its nice to see some different use of colour! as to the side I dont like the goldfish display thing, but i never liked that when the case got released first, nice use of the cable brading though

 

You got the fish side panel, SWEET! Little pricey, but still cool.

Mine will be similar here in a little bit... I've just purchased the Zalman ZM-MFC1 controller and going to put a slice of Lian Li aluminum on the front instead of the blue plexi. Also got the Lian temp display that I just installed... Oh and have the Musketeer on the bottom row, below the drives. Hope to get a pic up some time so show how similar our tastes are.

thanx everyone feeling good now been a bit worried what other people might think
hopefully my next mod will be to change the 80mm blowhole on top to 120mm and fit a couple of nice aluminium handles at the same time

@jonsimmonds thanx for the comments m8 yeah the fish tank is not to everyones taste but in our house weve got several bubble lamps etc so it fits in with the theme which keeps the wife happy!

thanx cashy yeah ive replaced the start button with the key start its an ignition switch like the ones used on old minis i got it from the local car accessory store for £15
also handy if you dont want the kids using your pc

 

Love the key mod... looks decent! They fishies is really really kewl, do you have bubbles in there? Very nice job on the side panel....

 

Im seriously tempted with the fish tank mod to finish my baby also

 

hi mando one thing if your thinking of getting this i would suggest putting a switch on it as after a couple of days you dont always want to listen to the pump going

if you need any help with that let me know

 

yer dood thats the thing thats bothering me. Sounds of my fans is bad enough.

Ive got a Sapphire 9800 PRO 128mb aiw and its big and is pushing out a lot of heat increasing cpu temps only although addition of a natec tmd fan.hs keeps it under 60 in recoding dvds i need to cool it quietly and effectivley. :S

Im trying to get hold of a cool applique ive seen on a usa website of Bobba Fett in silver.

Only thing is shipping to UK nearly quadrouples the cost

Ill sort out a decent side picture of my stealth wiring etc and my ode to ut as a fan guard

Amen !! Why can't they have decent mod shops over here? You could always get an image and make a templete yourself, or get someone else (printing company maybe?) to do it.

forgot to post my side view through my current window with my self modded stealth wiring so far of 2 s-ata hdds and 2 ide Raid ibm hdds and a pair of dvd units sorry u cant see the led fans they dont show up on flash digi and too close to see blue ;lled exhaust and utlogo
