My e-mail address was in someone else's computer e-mail address book. Their computer got infected with a trojan (which was removed) among other malware. A friend of mines email address (a third party) was also in the same infected contact list. We both get spam mails routinely via the infected computer. What can be done? h**p://bitocuvi.t35.com/is the website that comes in the e-mail. Is there anything that can be found out about this web-site address? What is the purpose of the web-site? How do I stop the e-mails from coming to me, obviously there is no link that says "unsubscribe" - lol. Thanks in advance for serious replies.

Just delete the emails and then start using a spam filter such as Mailwasher.
And there is nothing you can do about it being sent to you until your friend clears it out of his email folder.

How will the spam washer be able to identify which emails that come from the infected computer are legit and which are spam? They all come with the same e-mail address. Some e-mails legitimately come from this address and others have his address as sender but are spam? And what about the website listed in the email, what is its purpose?

You will have to deal with each email ...... the filter will allow you to see which are legit and which are not. As to the web address, I am not going to speculate as to what it may do to your system if you were to go to it. No one else will take that chance. That is why we edited it out of your original post. As I said, this will continue until your friend cleans out the infected emails from his system.
