   Hi there.
   
   My windows XP pro has developed a strange habit! When I try to restart or turn my comp off, it doesn't "take" the first time, i.e. nothing happens, and I have to do it a second time.
   
   Would this be an OS problem or a hardware problem?
   
   Has anyone else experienced this anomaly?!
