Bell's Sympatico High Speed Edition problem why so sloww!!

I just got my Bell Sympatico High Speed ,and i was wondering why my speed is so loww.im connecting throgh a ethernet card at 100mbps ,and my dl speed is so loww.50kbps max!even when connecting throgh USB its sloww.i checked my lines and wires and its in correct and the wires are new.what is wrong! my friend lives in my neighbour hood and hes getting atleast 150kbps.and im stuck with max dl speed of 50.this sucks.my friend has same ISP.and we both have high speed.

 

are you getting 50 kbytes or kbits
also which plan did you get they have three
128kbit -25/months each way
1.5/320kbit 45/month
3/640kbit 65ish/month
Those are prices without the speacil deals you can get.

Best advice though, Call sympatico.
