You just confused me slightly with the two model numbers in your post the title being 3107 and in the body of the post 3701.
But on checking there was no w3701 but was a w3107 desktop, and the drivers that eMachines have are these for XP
Chipset
HERE install this one first and then reboot as this one as you have an nVidia chipset "should" include the LAN drivers.
VGA (Graphics)
HERE
if not then please follow the below as written as well as mention what Service Pack your XP is at and what devices in Device Manager have yellow ! marks by them.
