My laptop is totally under attack!!!

Sombody, i think i know who, appears to have complete control over my laptop using remote logon. He is also sharing all my info with a large number of people, he uses my webcam while i am unaware to spy on me!! it's very disconcerting. i have my Vista(C drive, A new System (S drive which i never installed. A removable disk (F): and a CD Drive (D 3 connect for my dongle which isn't working properly i have to use the connect to a network route. Just today i found, in my memory diagnostic tool properties this: Object name C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start\Menu|F Group and User names:Everyone, System, Administrators(SARAH-PC\Administrator, Users (SARAH-PC\Users) all these varying users had different permissions and i couldn't change them as i am part of them so I can't use my laptop if i try to deny some of these positions . My Step-dad advised this site and suggested to download peer guardian and peer blocker but when i looked it said it might not work on vista, i have a 32 -bit advent laptop. Please help

Pleases follow the instructions in the below link:

and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

• **** If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going. ****
• Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not. MGtools will frequently run even when all other tools will not.

• After completing the READ & RUN ME and attaching your logs, make sure that you tell us what problems still remain ( if any still do )!

Helpful Notes:

1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode, you can run the steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
   
   • Starting your computer in Safe mode
2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools and the manual updates for SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes ( links are given in the READ & RUN ME) onto another PC and then burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
3. If you cannot seem to login to an infected user account, try using a different user account (if you have one) in either normal or safe boot mode and running only SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes while logged into this aother user account. Then reboot and see if you can log into the problem user account. If you can then run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, ComboFix and MGtools on the infected account as requested in the instructions.
4. To avoid additional delay in getting a response, it is strongly advised that after completing the READ & RUN ME you also read this sticky:
   
   • Don't Bump! It Only Hurts You!!!

Any additional post is a bump which will add more delay. Once you attach the logs, your thread will be in the work queue and as stated our system works the oldest threads FIRST.

Thanks a lot for your help, as you can see i'm a bit of a tecnophobe!! please try and keep it simple for me. Also yesterday i d/loaded registry mechanic 9 and its not workrd once but windows defender keeps telling me that "changes have been made by something (which i promise i will write down when happens again)lol

The instructions in the Read and Run First process are very simple. You will attempt to run 5 scans and once completed, attach those results to your next reply:
SAS
MBAM
RootRepeal ( If it runs. )
ComboFix
C:\MGLogs.zip --> from running the C:\MGTools.exe

ok Tim, i have tried my very best to do all those things, being the novice i am taken 24hrs!!!!! was doing well untill MGtools and when i double click it and hit run it goes straight to notepad, it's beyond me. anyway hopefully you might be able to see whats going on with the rest of the attatchments .ime i have downloaded one of your u won't believe this but i am looking for my attachments and in SARAH- cooking trakies i am getting th message access denied i need to ask the owner if i want access. i am never gonna sort this on my own can i not give you my password and you can see whats going on as everytime i dowload something u recomend then windows defender says some application is making changes to the system and your downloads get updated immeadiately. How about it tim are we allowed to do that? see one file uploaded and i been at this for a full day!! i give up i am off to bed. night x

You are going to have to help me help you. That means I need you to tell me exactly what happens when you run any of the scanning tools. First you said you are having issues with MGTools. Did you turn off UAC as instructed in the Read and Run First info?

What happens when you try to run MBAM ( MalwareBytes Anti-malware)?

What happens when you try to run ComboFix? It should be downloaded to your desktop and run from there.

Have you tried booting to safe mode to run any of the scans?
