PDF to txt conversion software!!!!

Where can I find software that can convert a PDF file to txt????

update:
I found several programs that will perform this function. But, when I convert it, I get all that garbage that I can't read. This PDF is not blocked or encripted in any way. Why is this happening????

Whenever I need to do it I use a program called ABC Amber PDF Converter. Not sure where you can get it from, but Googling it should produce a link.

I have not tried this prog as I use Acrobat Pro for work but it sounds a good free program.

also Adobe themselfs have a free online conversion tool to convert PDF to HTML but the PDF needs to linked from a URL not off your HD.
