Linux Newb I Am

Well, a while ago I did post a question about setting up video for redhat linux 9.0, but of course i was totaly lost... sad to say, but Im gonna repeat my question, lol, and ask that someone explain it so any moron, including myself can understand it :-D, I really want to get a bit of experience with redhat b4 i graduate and im having no luck find sources with the needed info on the net. All I want is to feed my brain TY in advance :-D
