   does anyone know what this devldr.exe file is? i think its something to do with drivers....
   it keeps crashing and I have no idea why... do i need it? what does it do? can it be updated?
   im running win xp, athlon xp 2000, 256 ram

   You wouldnt have a Soundblaster Card would you by any chance?

   or download updated driver from creative and see if that removes the errors.
