E-mail :outlook and netscape integration

    any advice ? I send my father attachments from outllook 2000 to his compuserve email address( thus he's using a netscape email prog right?) he has trouble opening these attachments and sometimes he is prompted to download these attachments in order to open them. as well if i try to simply forward an email to him thru outllook he cannot open it. do i need to change the format so he can open them thru his email prog? or might there be a utility to convert. thanks
