   TR15220 Private First Class

   A friend installed WIN XP on an Compaq Presario 1200 over top of WIN 2000.
   
   I want to uninstall WIN XP as it has made the laptop so S-L-O-W that it is painful.

   Agreed Robo, might try disabling some of XP's visual themes. Especially if his laptop is border line on the hardware requirements. check for free resources, and defrag h/d. just a few quick ideas
