multiple drivers missing

Hi! I have recently had my laptop reformatted and now I can't hear or play any sounds. I am trying to solve this on my own for days to no avail.

I also have another problem, I know I have to post my laptop model but I lost all my files due to fire and now I don't even remember what it is.

I have Windows XP SP 3
I can remember it is a Neo Basic (model: I don't know what)
Product number: qsw1945gm1
serial number: sw1tfccdk7090025

under other devices in device manager, these items are marked yellow with exclamation point:
-audio device on high definition audio bus
-mass storage controller
-modem device on high definition bus
-sm bus controller
-video controller
-video controller (vga compatible)

I hope someone could help me. Thanks in advance!

Please download and install Everest, a free system information tool.

Run Everest and click Report (top menu) > Report Wizard > Next - Choose System Summary Only > Next - Choose Plain Text > Finish and wait for report to generate.
Click Save to File and leave the File Name as Report, then click the Save as Type dropdown and choose Report files (*txt) - click Save (n.b. Save to desktop, use Browse to locate desktop).

Then attach your log to your next post per these instructions: HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post.

Need more info, to make sure we get the correct drivers: click Start, Control Panel, System Properties - does the page give the model #? And/or, go to the Neo site, try to narrow the model # down.
