Someone please help...my son just downloaded a patch for his World of War game and now when he goes in to play, after logging in, the computer freezes and he gets the Blue Screen of Death that mentions the igxprd32...and then says "the device driver got stuck in an infinite loop..."

What chipset does the computer have?
You might try uninstalling and re-installing the graphics drivers for your son's computer. First, try an updated driver if not already current - if that fails, try using an older driver, starting with the one prior to the current, then go back from there.

Hi
If you are getting that error, then its linked to the Onboard Intel Grpahics Driver the PC has, so look for a newer driver to install. Do let us know the Make and Model of PC you have (Dell, HP, ACER etc)? Also the Windows version and Service Pack? What Patch version did he download? Sadly as the latest patches for WOW start coming out they tend to include alot of fixes and udpates and some are known to cause low end Graphic Cards such as Onboard Intel GPUs to error as the game is just too powerful for these types of cards.
