Windows 7 and Blaster Worm

Ok Here's the situation. Spyware Protection (Windows Defender???) is non-stop notifying me with a taskbar pop up saying its unable to start and it's infected by blaster worm, when i click on anything it doesn't open and that pop up turns the program name into whatever it is im clicking on.

I tried to use the malware guide, I turned the user account control to never notify and it went away, I was able to open everything up again. But now it's back. I can't even use task manager or my speaker volume! JUST internet explorer. Also I keep getting a firewall warning that files are being transferred to random IPs, in which I am forced to allow because I can't activate the Spyware Protection program.

What do I doo!!

I actually just found out by looking for a key for this spyware protection that it is actually the virus. I've been told to use malwarebytes by another site as well but I cannot install it nor do I have a clean computer to rename it before hand. Any solutions?

Try doing as much of the below READ & RUN ME FIRST (down after the quote box) as possible by using a different user account if you have another one you can try. If you cannot run any of the READ & RUN ME there is not much we can do for you except suggest what is in the below quote box

[*]Take the hard disk out and scan it in another well protected PC
[*]Use another PC to make a special CD which you can boot from to try and run virus and spyware scans or to at least backup data. CDs like the below:
