I'm just wondering if it is possible on a windowx XP system to configure a NIC from the command line. It seems to me it should be possible but for the life of me I can't figure out a way.

And no i'm not looking for the ipconfig program. That doesn't let you configure a nic. That's mostly for viewing a configured NIC. I want a way to set a nic's gateway,ip address, and subnet mask from the command line, if at all possible.

Thanks to anyone who can help. :)
