Default How do get my audio working on windows 7?

I have a computer that was build with os XP, and i now upgraded it to windows 7. but my sound card is not compatable with windows 7 so is there a driver or software i can install to get my 7.1 speakers to work. here are my specs.
I am not looking for sound fill.

Integrated High Definition audio
Realtek ALC 880 chipset
8-channels for Full Dolby 5.1/6.1/7.1 surround sound support with Dolby Pro Logic IIx

You can get the card working by DLing the driver directly from MG.

Could you attach the log from the blow steps as written as there can be a few other things you need to install first to get Audio to work at times and one is the correct Chipset driver, so to find this knowing what your motherboard is helps.

Download the free, Speccy HERE then run Speccy and click File > Save as Text File, then attach the log as per instructions below (note: as Speccy also now lists more data it likely will have your Windows licence serial key also in the log, so look for Operating System and under that Serial Number and delete the code and Save the log)

Then attach your log to your next post as per these instructions HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

Do also mention what yellow ! marks you have in Device Manager if any?
