Hi and welcome to MG's,

You need to follow the instructions here....

http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407

try to do all the scans that need running for your OS and post the logs in a new thread in that section of the forum like this....

http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=86880

once you have created the logs and posted them one of the Malware Guru's will look at them and either give you a clean bill of health or run through some cleaning procedures with you.

Also when you have finished in the malware section, take a look here....

http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=106650

this will help in keeping your machine running smoothly.
